Q. Why can’t I sign in?

  1. There is a high possibility that there's some bad data caught up in your browser. Can you try refreshing your page (hold down Ctrl + F5 at the same time)? 
    1. If it’s still not working after that, can you try a different browser?
    2. If this still doesn’t work, our customer service can assist you while escalating your situation to our website developers for review

Q. How do I reset my Plasticplace password?

Q. How do I change my payment method?

  1. Once you proceed to check out, you may enter a new card 
  2. You may also access our credit card manager within your profile

Q How do I cancel, change, my auto-order (subscription)

  1. Simply contact Customer Service and we will take care of that for you

  1. Once all the items are in the cart you want to purchase, click on the cart icon or “my cart”
  2. Once in your cart, review the details of your order
  3. You will be prompted to pick your preferred payment method

Q.  How come my price is different from what’s in my cart?

  1.  Items are based on tier pricing.  The price is based on the total number of cases.
