Once returned, a full refund (minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs, if applicable) will be made in the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the return.

Plasticplace not at fault

15% restocking fee and all return shipping costs will apply to items returned. A refund minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be issued

  1. Please note it could take up to 10+ business days for review and issue your refund and an additional 2-3 business days to reflect on your end. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact Customer Service (info@Plasticplace.com - 877-343-2247)

Q. What is Plasticplace's exchange policy?

  1. All items being exchanged must arrive at our warehouse in the original packaging. No restocking fee will apply to items being exchanged.

    1. Return shipping cost will be waived 
  3. Plasticplace not at fault
    1. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if Plasticplace.com made no error in merchandizing or shipping the original order.
